At The Chambers AKC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand when and how refunds may apply.
General Policy
We accept refund requests only for:

Damaged items upon delivery.

Incorrect items received.

Orders cancelled before shipment.
Refunds are not applicable on made-to-order items, customized garments, or items purchased during final sale/clearance events.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You must provide photo evidence of any damage or defect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us at shop@thechambersakc.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear images of the item(s) in question.

We will process a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Non-Refundable Items

Made-to-order or personalized products.

Gift cards.

Items returned without prior approval.

Returns made after the eligibility window.
Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by emailing shop@thechambersakc.com.

Orders already processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
