Exchange & Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Alternatively, if you would like to exchange the outfit for size or other issues, it can be done within 7 days of receiving your items. 

Please contact on our WhatsApp at +91-9915350008 to initiate return or exchange. In case of return the amount paid for the outfit will be transferred to you as soon as you put the outfit in transit via courier. 

In case of exchange, the amount paid by you will be adjusted against the new outfit that would be sent to you, subject to your over and above liability to pay only in case there is a difference in price of the both outfits.
